Merry Christmas, just in case I don't blog before the actual day comes.
I just got an early Christmas present from Exxon, which means I more or less secured my job. Just need to hold on tight to my honors degree.
It's a mixed feeling, really. On one hand I'm glad to have a job before I step out of school, which means life so much easier for me, since I save the effort of hunting for a job. On the other, I hate to admit I'm really getting out of school. I wonder how lonely it is to be working and slaving your guts out for the next few decades. Yes, the word I use is lonely.
I think it's not so much as stress as compared to company, which I hold good evidence to prove my point.
Or is it just the festive mood that's getting to me again?
